Overview
Fibre-delivered 445 nm blue diode laser for ENT surgery that cuts and coagulates with a single wavelength, in the OR and in the office.
WOLF TruBlue is A.R.C. Laser's blue laser platform for laryngology, otology and rhinology. The 445 nm wavelength lies at a peak of oxyhaemoglobin absorption, so it combines precise cutting with simultaneous photothermal coagulation of small vessels.
The laser is used with flexible, colour-coded HiFLEX fibres through rigid and flexible endoscopes, and its portable design lets one system move between the operating room and office-based procedures. Continuous-wave, single-pulse and pulsed emission modes are available.
