Skin expansion system that meshes split-thickness skin grafts to cover larger wounds and burns.
The NOUVAG Mesher is a skin expansion system for plastic and burns surgery. Harvested split-thickness grafts are placed on a carrier plate and perforated in a regular pattern, so the graft can be stretched in width to cover a larger wound area.
This reduces the need for additional donor-site harvesting while the open spaces close during healing. The knife roller is removable for maintenance and cleaning.
