Mobile C-arm with a 30 × 30 cm large dynamic flat panel detector.
PLX C2119 uses a 30 × 30 cm dynamic flat panel, which Perlove states increases the imaging area by 100% compared with a conventional detector. 4-megapixel images show fine anatomical detail.
The larger field lets five lumbar vertebrae fit in one image and covers most of the pelvis, cutting repeat exposures in pedicle screw fixation and pelvic fracture surgery.
