Slim 7 mm (21 Fr) hysteroscopic resectoscope for monopolar and bipolar resection with minimal cervical dilation.
Princess is a slim 7 mm resectoscope for operative hysteroscopy. Its small diameter lowers insertion resistance and dilation effort and reduces trauma to the cervical canal, which makes it particularly suitable for a stenotic cervix and for patients in fertility treatment.
The same basic instrument works for monopolar and bipolar resection. A rotating double sheath lets the working element turn 360° without moving the outer sheath, and continuous irrigation keeps the view clear. The bipolar BIVAP vaporization electrode is suited to endometrial ablation and myoma treatment.
