Modular urology resectoscope with snap-on couplings and double-sheath continuous irrigation.
SHARK is the Richard Wolf resectoscope for urology, designed to be functional, precise and ergonomic. Its components join and separate through snap-on couplings, and the design received an iF product design award in 2013.
It uses continuous-irrigation double sheaths with a 360° rotatable inner sheath and a redesigned electrode fork, and its working elements remain compatible with earlier Richard Wolf resectoscope sheaths.
