Melody IIID TS

Top model of the Melody III digital mammography line, with integrated 3D tomosynthesis and optional Dual Energy mode. Melody IIID TS is the flagship of the Melody III digital range. Integrated tomosynthesis reconstructs the breast volume from multiple angled projections, with three selectable scan angles up to 50° to help localise low-contrast lesions; an anti-scatter grid is used during the scan and the collimation field is corrected dynamically. The unit has a motorised isocentric C-arm with 180° rotation, automatic exposure control and the Smart Micro Press compression system. It is offered with an a-Si/CsI detector or an optional a-Se detector (Standard or Fast), supports tomo-guided biopsy with the optional SBD DMD 3D device, and can be connected to AESTIMAX or WorkstationONE reporting stations with optional AI tools.
