Liposuction machine for sale: how aesthetic clinics choose

Updated 14 October 2026 · 3 min read

When an aesthetic clinic looks at a liposuction machine for sale, the key questions are about suction performance, infiltration, handpieces, reprocessing and local service rather than brand names alone. This guide explains what a liposuction machine is, the main components, and how to compare systems. It is written for clinic owners, nurses and biomedical engineers in the UAE and does not give treatment advice.

What is a liposuction machine?

A liposuction machine is a suction system that removes subcutaneous fat through thin cannulas. At minimum it has a vacuum pump, a collection container with tubing and a foot or hand control. Modern systems add tumescent infiltration pumps and power-assisted cannulas that vibrate or reciprocate to reduce the surgeon's effort.

Machines for liposuction are commonly grouped into manual suction, power-assisted systems and energy-assisted systems that use ultrasound, laser or radiofrequency. This guide covers suction and power-assisted units; compare categories in liposuction machine types compared.

Suction capacity and vacuum control

Suction capacity is usually expressed as air flow in litres per minute and maximum vacuum in bar or mmHg. A high flow keeps suction constant as the collection container fills; adjustable vacuum lets the surgeon change settings for different areas. NOUVAG Vacuson 60 LP Set has a suction pump with 70 l/min air flow and an adjustable vacuum of up to -0.9 bar (675 mmHg) displayed on an analogue manometer.

NOUVAG LipoSurg also lists a high flow rate of 70 l/min (air), in a compact unit of 260 × 250 × 110 mm and 3.4 kg. The LipoCart workstation combines infiltration, power-assisted fat removal and aspiration on a single VEXIO cart with constant suction power from powerful pump systems. Compare these figures with any other quotation on the same basis.

Infiltration and power-assisted handpieces

Tumescent infiltration is part of most liposuction workflows. Systems with an integrated infiltration pump reduce set-up time: Vacuson 60 LP Set includes a peristaltic infiltration pump of up to 350 ml/min; the DP 30 LipoPlus separate pump reaches up to 480 ml/min. See tumescent infiltration pumps.

Power-assisted handpieces move the cannula mechanically, which many surgeons find less tiring for large volumes. LipoSurg combines infiltration and vibration-assisted liposuction with a low-vibration handpiece, while LipoCart uses a motorised handpiece that helps move fat smoothly through the cannula. Our overview of the power-assisted liposuction machine explains the concept.

Practical questions before buying

Check how easily tubing sets and collection containers are changed, whether parts are reusable and how they should be reprocessed. NOUVAG LipoSurg and the pumps support easy tube exchange. Ask about noise: a quiet pump is more comfortable for the team and the patient.

Also verify the foot switch (LipoSurg and the DP 30 have VARIO or ON/OFF operation and IPX8 protection is listed for the LipoSurg foot switch), the electrical requirements of your clinic and the space for a cart. LipoCart, for example, carries up to 65 kg and has an integrated power strip. Read about the Vacuson 60.

Service, registration and price

Confirm registration of the device with the relevant UAE authority, delivery and installation terms, training, warranty and local service response. Price depends on configuration and accessories; see liposuction machine price factors for what to compare. We do not publish prices.

Frequently asked questions

What is a liposuction machine?

A suction system with a vacuum pump, collection container and cannulas for removing subcutaneous fat, often combined with infiltration and power-assisted handpieces.

What is the best liposuction machine?

There is no single best choice. Choose based on suction capacity, infiltration, handpiece ergonomics, reprocessing and local service.

Who are liposuction equipment manufacturers?

Several international companies. Beckfinity distributes NOUVAG, a Swiss manufacturer, in the UAE.

Can the same machine be used for fat grafting?

Many units are used for harvest if vacuum is adjustable. See our fat grafting systems guide.
